Forgot username or password?
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the Member Login page. Once you have entered your email address, an email will be sent to you directing you to create a new password.

Manage Your Account
If you would like to manage your account, once you have signed in click on "My Account". Once you have done so, you are able to view all your member information including order history, allotted store credits, shipping addresses, as well as any new notifications.

Store Credits
When you return an item to Swirl, we do not issue a direct refund, but rather we issue you store credit for the entire purchase amount of the returned item. Visit the "My Account" page or "Check-out" page to see your available store credits.
