Swirl will accept returns on the following items for store credit within 30 days of purchase:
Apparel
Footwear
Home Decor and Home Accessories
Jackets and Outerwear
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including attached hangtags, hangers, shoeboxes, dust bags, eyeglass cases, gift boxes, and any other packaging.
Unfortunately, because our sales are available for such a limited time, we are unable to offer exchanges of any kind.

Belts
Handbags
Hosiery
Intimates
Items marked Final Sale
Jewelry

How to Complete Your Return
Detailed return instructions are included in each package, but here's an overview of how quick and easy it is to return items to Swirl:
Pack your items securely. Most times it's easiest to use the original package in which the product was shipped.
Complete the return questionnaire. Include a reason for return for each item. Be certain to make a copy for your records.
Ship using our free return label. Attach the pre-addressed/pre-paid UPS label that came with your original package and drop your return off at any UPS location.
Make sure you write your return address on the top lefthand corner of the label. And don't forget to record the tracking number just in case. Of course, you may also use the shipping carrier of your choice at your own expense.
Swirl will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
It may take 2-3 weeks once the item is received in our warehouse for the credit to be processed and appear in your Swirl account. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your store credit is ready for use.

About Store Credits
We do not issue cash refunds for returned items, but we
will credit your Swirl account for the full purchase amount of the returned item and applicable taxes. Store credit can be used towards any items for sale on Swirl.
If your store credit exceeds the
total amount of your next purchase, the excess credit balance will remain in your
account and will be available for use towards any future purchases.
If your store credit does not cover the amount of your next purchase, you will be asked for another form of payment to cover the balance.
The Order History section under "My Account" will show the status of your current order as well as any information on previous orders, including any store credits in your account. Your store credits can also be viewed on the 'Check-out' page of your account.
Merchandise Defects and/or Damages
When you return a defective or damaged item to Swirl, we will issue a refund for the full purchase amount back to your original form of payment. If you have received a defective or damaged item, please call a Swirl Associate at 1-888-XO- Swirl.
Please be ready to provide the Swirl Associate your order number, item number, and tracking number from your original confirmation email or your packing slip. The Swirl Associate will also need your email address and phone number.
Swirl will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Swirl prior to returning an item, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and you may experience delays in processing your damaged or defective item return.
Make sure to return the damaged or defective item with the return label and packaging slip within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund, an exchange or store credit. In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
Late Returns
Merchandise that is not returned within 30 days of your original purchase date will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to you.
